Is my life anything other then Karate? I hate to bore ya'll with daily accounts of what's going on. I was so bored yesterday, I thought I would go crazy. But alas Grey's Anatomy made my day a little better. And that's all. James and I are fine (boring) Work is ok (boring) and Karate is old news (very boring) We're looking at houses (hey that's new) but with no down payment and our "fair" credit (as opposed to good) monthly payments are 3x's what someone else would pay. I hate that. I found a pretty cute house, but I am not sure it'll be great in person. The one I chose is going for 130k the one James chose is 160k and 30 minutes from where we are now. I am not trying to buy a "fixer upper" but the more we spend the higher the note. As it is now I will have to get a full time job and we'll still be broke. I assume worse then we are now. James thinks we will be fine (as usual) I don't wanna be broke anymore. I don't want to spend a whole paycheck on rent. We have an appt. to see the one James' likes on Friday. We'll see how it goes.
